One (perpetual) Moment (perfect?) Possible (early 1990's)

I have always written
Directly from my own experience

Or tried to

I have never been
Satisfied in my own experience

Or tried to be

(she makes me satisfied)

And now my writing
Has to adjust

The funniest thing is
I wouldn't be surprised if
I stopped writing altogether

I won't, you know

But she makes it a conscious decision
I can choose to write
I don't need a man on a horse to tell me
