Roll Roll Roll (1994)

You say you felt like a freight train
well i felt like the track
and railroad tie and gravel
stretched from each horizon back
i shake an hour before you come
i hear you hum from far away
i quake with every turn of your wheel
my bridge sways like a kite made out of steel

roll over me baby
roll fast roll straight roll clean
thunder over under
chug and hiss and snort and steam
roll roll roll

you felt like an airplane crash
and i felt like the brakes
and the tower made of sound
is so loud it gives me shakes
i shake for days after you leave
i hear an echo in my head
i quake with each pound of your noise
my bridge sounds like wheels with clicking toys
