Four Stamp Frustration (mid 1980's)

Well I had 4 stamps
And planned on using
Each and every one
I used 2 but wasn't answered
Isn't that a drag?
So I got 2 stamps
That I wanna use
To whom will I send?
Unless I hear from you real soon
I won't write you again
Well then I sent a letter to the President
To see what he would do
But it seems that the President
Has taken after you
1 stamp left
I told myself I wouldn't write to you
But after some deliberation
I could not resist
No stamps left and I must say
Nothing in return
After the first 3 stamps
You'd think that I would learn
I think I'll write a letter
To my home address
Then I'll know for sure that I won't be left-
With no
Stamps
letters
cards pictures
or love
