She Tripped (early 1990's)

She tripped
on the cobblestones
stumbled a bit, laughing,
righted herself
And explained that, "It
happens all the time."
She moved her hair from
her left to her right shoulder,
laughed, and said, "Yeah," as if
to acknowledge her clumsiness.
It was all very endearing.
She reminded him of Annie Hall.
