When My Place In Time Is Taken 02/?/93

When my place in time is taken
That is when you shall be mine
They will teach my poems in a class
The teacher says, "Ah, here's a line
That corresponds again and again...
Can't you see that they were lovers?
How can you doubt look at the proof
That lies between the covers
Of these reflecting twinful books
Full of lusty sinful looks and
This line that corresponds?"

When my place in time is taken
That is when you shall be mine
And a boy who is full of pith
Will show this poem to a girl
And then into a man he'll turn
And out of her une femme shall twirl
And they'll kiss and kiss and kiss
And kiss and kiss and kiss and kiss
Just like we kissed and kissed and kissed
And kissed and kissed and kissed and kissed
Though I'll live vicarious though I'm already dead
It is then that I shall take my place
And make truth of what the teacher said
But that is only after many hills to climb
After I take my final resting place in time
